The “Takumi no Daisen Chicken”, freshly pulled in the morning and grilled over bincho charcoal, is a must-order item for everyone who comes to our restaurant. It is served with Hinotori’s secret sauce, which is added daily. We also offer a wide variety of other unique dishes.
Lemon Sour, with its refreshing sour taste, is a classic drink that goes great with yakitori. We offer a variety of lemon sours, including our homemade Aragoshi Nama Lemon Sour, to suit your tastes and preferences. We also offer a variety of other beverages such as beer and highballs.
The interior of the restaurant is filled with a Japanese atmosphere. At the comfortable wooden counter right outside the entrance, you can enjoy the aroma of the skewers being grilled up close. For groups, we also recommend the sunken kotatsu seating in the back of the restaurant.
